P.E RCDD
Many government projects are requiring a design professional to be both and RCDD and a PE for
their Telecommunication design. An RCDD has the knowledge to design your systems but may
not have the professional stamp and insurance needed on government projects. The P.E. provides
the engineering expertise/background as well as E&O insurance.
Keith Lane is a Professional Engineer licensed in 18 states, an RCDD as well as a network
transport system specialist (NTS) and a Telecommunication Project Manager (TPM). Lane Coburn & Associates, LLC (LCA) has a significant amount
